Daily departures from the ordinary

For many people, Everett is synonymous with the Boeing company. Boeing designs and develops airplanes in Everett and perhaps more famously, builds aircraft in the largest manufacturing building in the world, with planes from the 747 to today’s 787 Dreamliner taking shape within the structure. Countless Everettites have worked for, or with Boeing over the years. Aero Apartments honors Everett’s important aeronautical past, present and future.

This 102-residence mixed-use development activates the downtown Everett sidewalk with seven live/work units and one 2,068 SF retail space. Custom plane tail artwork that doubles as the building’s monument sign and a sculpture of a retro-goggled child gleefully throwing a paper plane add to the animation. Upstairs, residents are delighted by a 2,000 square foot freestanding modern glass, concrete and timber building, set on, and surrounded by a spacious deck. The “Hangar Lounge” features a community kitchen, hang-out space, TV, pool table and a double-sided fireplace. Outside, the “Strato Deck” invites residents to BBQ, lounge and socialize around the fire on cool evenings.
