Retro, vintage and you

There’s a saying, trends come and go but style is eternal. We’re pretty sure the initiator of that saying was talking about the Port Gardner Collection. While new buildings try to imitate mid-century swagger, there is nothing quite like the authentic experience. With modern-day upgrades of course!

The Port Gardner Collection is comprised of seven boutique buildings celebrating the character of Everett’s desirable Bayside and Port Gardner neighborhoods: charming, vintage and absolutely authentic. The Skotdal family purchased the buildings over the years, carefully renovating and updating the interiors and the structures without losing the character and style that these distinct communities bring to Downtown Everett.

The charming buildings of the Port Gardner Collection include:

  • Cascade View – 12 homes at 3611 Colby Avenue
  • Glacier Vista – 24 homes at 3319 Colby Avenue
  • Olympian – 16 homes at 2231 Rucker Avenue
  • San Marco – 14 homes at 2401 Rucker Avenue
  • Valhalla – 12 homes at 3202 Rockerfeller Avenue
  • Westwood – 12 homes at 3213 Wetmore Avenue
  • Wetmore Apartments – 4 homes at 3224 Wetmore Avenue

Each building has been carefully restored, with homes featuring one or more original elements: character tile, solid wood built-in wardrobes, refurbished hardware and interior screen walls. On the exterior, mid-century architectural details and vintage signage proudly announce the communities to pedestrians walking the tree-lined streets of the Bayside and Port Gardner neighborhoods.
